member MUST have at least 100 signings behind them to join
the network.
Marketing
is the primary focus. It is REQUIRED.
Each
member must pledge to market to FIVE new
companies each and every month, via mail, or email, this must include
distribution of the network brochure. Starting with your own contacts,
brochures are printed by each member; tri-folded and sent or handed out
to your contacts. The brochure should be printed on heavyweight brochure
or presentation paper to present a professional appearance. Mail is the
primary way of marketing as Title & Escrow Companies, Lenders, and Loan
Officers are in other cities and/or states. We also have a PDF version
of the brochure if you prefer to email you marketing to your contacts.
If you cannot bring yourself to send out the network brochure, then you
do not belong in the network.
You will
bring your contacts to the table via the marketing spreadsheet and will
share them with the others. You will not be part of the network if
you do not understand that this is MANDATORY. Each member must
report monthly with their efforts at marketing via the Marketing Record
(excel spreadsheet) that is sent to each member monthly, this form
is to be completed by each member and returned to Brenda via email by
the DEADLINE the last day of every month. It will then be added
to a master list, which is updated each month and returned to you for
your records.
Meetings
are held the first Tuesday of every month at 9:00 PM in the chat room at
the network website,
as with marketing, MEETINGS are mandatory.
Membership is free
however, we do have costs such as the network website; the initial cost
for each member is $29.00, and then dues of $20.00 annually.
When your share is received you will then be included
in the brochure and website. Your share can be sent by personal check,
money order or via Pay-Pal, if Pay-Pal is used, a small fee is added by
Pay-Pal. Make sure the personal information you send with your profile
is correct as it is time consuming to make changes to the website and
brochure. Each member should consider creating a personal website and
place a reciprocal link from their website to the network website. Each
member should be willing to market the network with a link in their
email. Those without a personal website will have a link from the
network to their email address.
Networking requires trust. If you will not take the time
to know the other members in the network so that you trust them, you
have no place in the network. No one spams the other members within the
network, referrals or businesses from the network. Any issues should be
resolved within the network. No one requires referral fees from others
in the network.
Each member should report successful referrals to and from the other
members.
Each member shall guarantee their work. We cannot risk referring work to
you if you make excuses or drop the ball.
Strict confidentiality is required.

a secret, you are not membership material.

extremely low fees (which does not represent respect for your own work).
If you do, you are not network material.
Network members are not
selling Mary Kay, vitamins, schemes, or Avon, etc. to the borrowers, as
this is not appropriate.
We as members respect each other’s
time, effort, and contribution to the group, and agree to work together
in a timely manner, which means that you will return any calls promptly,
or you acknowledge that email ASAP. All emails, calls or messages
from other members to you must be acknowledged or answered within 24
hours. As a professional businessperson, you must be
reachable…If you cannot do this you are not reachable. We vote on
many issues via email if you cannot participate in the voting process
please do not complain about the outcome after the fact. Each
member is given the chance to cast a vote; each
vote does indeed count as the majority will rule, just like in any other
election process.
Don't tell us you don't have
the time to do your marketing. It is mandatory. If you are
not going to market, then this network is not for you. We cannot
stress this enough.
If you want to sit on your rump while others do the work,
do not bother to network. We endorse pulling the plug on argumentative,
counter-productive, coattail riders who cannot be trusted to do their
fair share, to be a positive influence, helpful team player.
If you are a person who gives
more excuses than action, then you are not membership material.
If
your family is constantly ill, your car not in good running order, your
printer broken, your computer constantly broken, you should not join
this group. If you cannot get your email, always find you miss important
announcements because of your lack of computer knowledge, you cannot be
a member.
If you are a signing service,
you cannot be a member of the network. Are you ever, ever, ever
going to become a signing service? If you are, don't get into a network.
It's wrong to do that because your purposes are different from a
network. You desire to charge for referrals. A network member refers for
free and only based on their reputation with trust that the same will be
done for them. This also includes people that partner with others
in order to cover multiple areas, or refer to others outside of
the network group, as each member covers specific counties within the
network, and will not risk losing their jobs or hard earned contacts to
the outside partners of others.
Members not following the criteria as outlined in these terms &
conditions will receive one written warning
to comply, if they fail to do so within the time allotted then their
network membership will be revoked. We are a GROUP and
everyone must work together, we should not have to remind you
to do your marketing,
as everyone knows what a deadline is. Exceptions are vacations, or
emergencies, at which time you will be excused and will catch up on the
number of marketing contacts you missed while away.
